The basic price includes the erection of the structure, a 4" concrete slab, two 10'x8' rollup doors, one walk through door, 2" insulation on the roof and walls, gutters and downspouts. The prices are slightly higher in the mountains due to snow load requirements. Building color and specifications can be modified according to customer preference.
